RECEIVING AUDIO
Once the wireless device is connected to the two-way radio,
the radio speaker mutes and the audio is heard only from the
wireless device earpiece. In the event of lost link, or if wireless
device is disconnected, the audio is reverted back to the two-
way radio speaker.
DARK MODE
Dark Mode allows the user to turn off the LEDs on the wireless
device. Placing the wireless device in Dark Mode:
• The wireless device can be put in Dark Mode during power
ON by simultaneously pressing Volume Up and Volume
Down buttons.
• A feedback tone is heard to let the user know the LEDs are
turned off.
• Once the device is turned on, it can be toggled IN and OUT
of Dark Mode by simultaneously pressing Volume Up and
Volume Down for 3 seconds.
BATTERY ALERTS
The wireless device is battery powered. It is very important to
pay attention to the low battery warning described in Table 6 to
avoid improper functioning of the device.
