MOTOSYNC with Exchange
ActiveSync
Use MOTOSYNC with Exchange
ActiveSync to synchronize your
contacts list, phone calendar, and email
directly with your corporate Microsoft
Exchange Server 2003. You can schedule
when synchronization occurs, and select the
type and amount of information that’s
synchronized.
To manually synchronize your contacts,
calendar, and email, tap
R
Sync
in the
application launcher screen, then tap
Exchange ActiveSync
.
If no Exchange ActiveSync profile is stored on
your phone, the phone prompts you to create
a profile. Contact your IT system administrator
and cellular service provider to obtain the
information you need to set up a profile.
MOTOSYNC with SyncML
Use MOTOSYNC with SyncML to
synchronize your contacts list, phone
calendar, and tasks with a
SyncML-compliant server.
To synchronize phone data with your Internet
sync partner, tap
R
Sync
in the application
launcher screen, then tap
OTA
.
