16 -- Mobility Services Platform 3.3.1 Software Installation Guide 

 

 

3.  Click the 

Change

 button on the MSP 3.3.1 Install Point listing. MSP Server has been 

uninstalled, but MSP 3.3.1 Install Point has saved configuration files from the previous 
installation. 

4.  When the MSP 3.3.1 Installation Interviewer restarts, move through the interview process 

and change the appropriate information. 

5.  When the interview process concludes, click 

Install

 to reinstall MSP Server 3.3.1 with the 

new settings. 

If you have Windows Server 2008/2008 R2 

To make Changes to MSP 3.3.1: 

1.  Click 

Start > Control Panel > Programs and Features

 and then right-click MSP 3.3.1 

Install Point. 

2.  Click 

Uninstall

 to uninstall MSP Server. MSP 3.3.1 Install Point will remain installed. 

Press F5 to refresh the 

Programs and Features

 dialog box. 

3.  Right-click MSP 3.3.1 Install Point. Click 

Change

. MSP Server has been uninstalled, but 

MSP 3.3.1 Install Point has saved configuration files from the previous installation. 

4.  When the MSP 3.3.1 Installation Interviewer restarts, move through the interview process

Uninstalling MSP 3.3.1 

Complete removal of MSP 3.3.1, 

excluding the MSP Core Database and the Archive and 

Temp files

, will require removing MSP Install Point: 

If you have Windows Server 2003/2003 R2 

1.  Click Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs > MSP 3.3.1 Install Point. 

2.  Click the 

Remove

 button on the MSP 3.3.1 Install Point listing to uninstall MSP Server 

and MSP Package Builder. MSP 3.3.1 Install Point will remain installed. 

3.  Click the 

Remove

 button again on the MSP 3.3.1 Install Point listing. 

If you have Windows Server 2008/2008 R2 

1.  Click 

Start > Control Panel > Programs and Features

 and then right-click 

MSP 3.3.1 

Install Point

. 

2.  Click 

Uninstall

 to uninstall MSP Server and MSP Package Builder. MSP 3.3.1 Install 

Point will remain installed. Press F5 to refresh the 

Programs and Features

 dialog box. 

3.  Right-click 

MSP 3.3.1 Install Point

. Click 

Uninstall

.  

 

Note: 

You may see the following dialog box (Figure 4). Click OK to accept the default 
selection.
