Paging/Finding a handset

Press 

FIND

 on the base. All handsets registered to the base 

will ring.
To stop the paging, press 

FIND

 again, or press any key on 

the handset, or place the handset on the base.

Using your answering machine

3.21.1 Playing messages

1.

Press 

 on the handset from idle mode. New 

messages will be played followed by any older 
messages.

2.

During the message playback, press the keys below on 
the handset to perform the following functions:

NOTE

When you are on a call, the answering system will not 
answer the second incoming call.

3.21.2 Turning on or off the answering machine

Press 

MENU

 and then 

VOL+

 or 

REDIAL/VOL-

 to select 

ANSWER MACHINE

.

Press 

MENU

 and then 

VOL+

 or 

REDIAL/VOL-

 to select 

ANSWERER ON

 or 

ANSWERER OFF

. If the answering machine 

is turned on originally, 

ANSWERER OFF

 will be displayed. If 

the answering machine is turned off originally, 

ANSWERER 

ON

 will be displayed.

Press 

MENU

 to confirm.

Press to playback or stop playing 
messages
Skip to play the next message
Press to repeat the current message 
from the beginning. Press twice to 
playback the previous message.

MUTE

Delete the current message and the 
next message will be played.

VOL+

Increase the loudspeaker volume

VOL-

Decrease the loudspeaker volume

/SPEAKER

Toggle the message playback via 
earpiece/speakerphone.

/BACK

Exit to idle.
