Call Hold
NOTE: If a headset is attached to the phone, closing the cover will not
end the call.
Turning Off Call Waiting
If you do not want to be interrupted during a call, you can turn Call Waiting off
prior to making/receiving a call.
Call Hold
When you are on an active call, you can place the call on hold and make a
second call.
To place an active call on hold:
1 From the Ready screen, press

. Press
R
to scroll to Settings, and
press
C
under SELECT.

to scroll to In Call Setup and press
C
under SELECT.

to scroll to Call Waiting and press
C
under CHANGE.

Press
R
to scroll to Off and press
C
under SELECT.
Call Waiting is now disabled for the next call. It will automatically reset
to On when you end the call.

to access the Call Menu.

to scroll to Hold.

under SELECT.

If you have not placed a second call, you can resume this call by
pressing
C
under RESUME.
