3-WAY CALLING
3-Way Calling allows you to combine two phone calls into one
conversation.
When you place or receive a phone call, a “3way” option
will appear in the bottom left-hand corner of your display screen. This
option is available only when you initiate the second call.
To make a 3-way call:
1. Place a phone call or receive a phone call
on either line 1 or 2.
2. Press
under ”3way”. This will
place your current call on hold.
3. Enter the phone number for your second
call and press
.
4. When the second call is connected, press
under “3way” to join the two calls.
Both phone numbers and
“3way” will
appear on your screen.
5.
Press
or close the cover to end the 3-way call.
Note: You cannot place either call on hold while a 3-way call is
in progress.
CALL FORWARDING
Call Forwarding lets callers reach you wherever you are. With Call
Forwarding, incoming calls are forwarded to a designated number.
You must be in a coverage area (status light LED blinking green) to
activate or modify Call Forwarding.
You can select the call forward number from your Phone list using the
scroll, name search, or speed dial method. For more information, see
“Making a Phone Call” on page 14.
Turning Call Forward On
1. Press
to go to “Phone Ready”.
2. Press
until you see “Forwd”
on the last line of the display.
3. Press
under “Forwd”.
