take photos
The camera lens is on the back of the phone. To get
the sharpest photos, wipe the lens clean with a dry
cloth before you take a photo.
With the phone powered on:
1 Press the camera/camcorder key

Note: The camera/camcorder key
w
activates
the camera or camcorder only when you press it
from the idle screen. It doesn’t work from the main
menu.
2 With Camera highlighted, press
D
.
Tip: You can also activate your phone’s camera by
pressing Main Menu >

Multimedia > Camera .
Your phone shows the active camera viewfinder
screen:
Tip: Press the camera/camcorder key

to
switch between the camera and camcorder.
3 Point the camera lens at the subject.
Press
K
right and left to zoom in and out.
