a) New contact (the number is saved as a new entry in the phone), or
b) Existing contact (add this number to an existing contact already in the phone)
4.4 Adjusting the volume of earpiece
During a conversation, you may press the up and down-direction key to adjust the volume of earpiece.
4.5 Answering a call
When a call is incoming, the phone will alert you according to the incoming call alert mode you selected.
To answer a call,
1.
Press the key
to answer the call directly.
2.
Lift the handset of the phone to answer.
To reject a call,
1.
Press the key
and the other party will hear a busy tone.
2.
To end a conversation, press the key
.
Note: If you have subscribed to the caller ID service, then during the conversation the caller’s number will be
displayed on the screen. If this number is already saved in the phonebook, then the caller’s name will also be
displayed on the screen.
4.6 Switch in working status
If you are dialing or calling, you can switch between using the handset and using the Speaker phone key.
4.7 Recent dialed-out numbers
This handset can store 10 recent dialed-out numbers.
1.
On standby screen, press the key
to display recent dialed-out numbers.
2.
You can press the up and down-direction key to view the called numbers.
3.
Press the key
to directly dial the selected number.
Note: You may also access the call record menu to view the recent dialed-out numbers.
4.8 Missed call
If there is missed call(s), “Missed N Call(s)” will be displayed on the main screen. You can access the call record
menu to view the record of the calls missed.
