YOUR PREPAID MENU
Your TracFone’s Prepaid Menu is the place to locate key information
about your phone, such as your
Serial Number, SIM Number
and
Phone Number
(once it is active).
This is also the menu you will use to
Buy
and
Add Airtime
.
To get to your phone’s Prepaid Menu, just press the
CENTER
key.
ACTIVATION CARD
IMPORTANT! START HERE!
1. Remove the protector from your screen.
2. Assemble and charge your TracFone.
3. Turn your phone ON by pressing and holding the PWR/END key
until your screen lights up. Find additional help inside this card.
4. Once steps 1 – 3 have been completed, you will be ready to
Activate. Go to TracFone.com or call 1-800-867-7183 from
another phone.

PREPARE YOUR TRACFONE FOR ACTIVATION
Remove Screen Protectors from your Phone

Install the Battery and Back Cover. Begin Charging your Phone.

Remove all protectors from the screen and other locations on the phone
by peeling them off.
You will not be able to see your phone screen
until you remove the screen protector.
Begin the Activation Process

To begin your Activation, go to TracFone.com or call 1-800-867-7183
from another phone. You will need the Serial Number located on the
front of this card AND a TracFone Service Plan or credit or debit card to
complete your Activation. If after 10 minutes you still cannot make or
receive calls, turn your phone OFF and back ON. If after one hour you are
still unable to make or receive calls, please contact our Customer Care
Center at 1-800-867-7183 for additional help.

A. Insert the battery so that the
metal bars on the battery are
touching the metal pins on the phone,
then push the other end
in gently. Put the back cover on.
B. Locate the Charger/USB dock
on the
top edge
of the phone.
Insert the
charger’s adapter
end into the
Charger/USB dock then
plug the
charger into an electrical outlet.
TIP: You can Activate your phone while charging
. To get the most out
of your battery life, charge your phone for 5 hours during initial setup.
To turn your phone
ON, press and hold the
PWR/END
key until the screen lights up.
Locate your ACTIVATION CARD and follow the instructions on the card.

If you are a current TracFone customer it’s easy to upgrade your phone
to another TracFone! You can keep your existing TracFone number when
you transfer your service to the new phone. Simply go to
TracFone.com

go to the
Activate/Reactivate
tab and select the second option
Transfer
my number and service from one TracFone to another
and follow the
instructions. You will need the information on the red Activation Card in
your package to continue the Activation process. For additional help,
