SIM Application Toolkit
The SIM Application Toolkit (GSM only) allows
service providers to deliver customized applications
through the phone to the customer.
It provides a suite of tools through which the SIM
application can control various aspects of the phone
such as menus, display information, phone calls,
text messages, etc.
