Schedule your phone to automatically
synchronise data with an Exchange
ActiveSync partner:

Office Tools > Sync
> Exchange ActiveSync , press Options > Edit > Auto Sync
> On , press OK to enter the time and days you
want to synchronise
To manually synchronise your contacts
contacts, calendar and email:

> Exchange ActiveSync press Options > Sync
The first synchronisation may take several
minutes, depending on the amount of data
in your contact list, calendar and email on
the Exchange 2003 server.
SyncML
Call a SyncML Internet server and
synchronise your phone’s contact
list and calendar entries with the server.
To synchronise files with a partner you
set up:

Office Tools > Sync > SyncML
If no SyncML profile is stored on your
phone, the phone prompts you to create
a profile. Contact your IT system
administrator to obtain the information
you need to set up a profile.
Note: If your phone can’t connect to the
server, verify that your phone’s network
service provider has data service activated
on your phone (additional fees may apply
for this service).
