Maintenance:

 Assembly and Disassembly Procedures

5.2.5.2  Replacing the Fan

1.

The chassis has a slot that will match up with to the tab on the Fan Assembly Bracket.

2.

Place the Fan Assembly into the chassis with the tab inserted in the chassis slot.

3.

Install the two screws (A) on the main board assembly as shown in 

Figure 5-5

 using a T25 

TORX™ driver.

4.

Secure the fan and tighten the two screws to 1.5 N-m.

High Speed Board

5.2.6.1  Removing the High Speed Board

1.

Remove the six screws (A) on the High Speed Board assembly as shown in 

Figure 5-6

 using 

a T15 TORX™ driver.

2.

Remove the High Speed Board with Flex attached.

3.

Store the High Speed Board assembly in anti-static bag when it is not being serviced.
