The iron does not get hot enough.
Solution
•
Check the garments are not too damp through the
use of too much vapour mist.
•
Check that the temperature indicator light

is set
to the right level (see ‘Temperature guide’ on page
7).
The temperature will default to MAX when the iron
is first turned on.
Troubleshooting

The iron is plugged in and switched on
at the socket but will not heat up.
Solution
•
This product has an auto shut-off feature. Check
that this has not been activated by pressing either
the precision vapour mist trigger

or the precision
temperature control

which will wake the product.
•
Check that the thermoglass soleplate

is not
damaged. For your safety, this product will not
power up if it is damaged.
•
Check that the main fuse board in your house has
not tripped. If tripped, contact the customer helpline
(see below).
•
Check the fuse in the plug.
