For best result, use potatoes at room
temperature and once the potatoes are
cooked, wrap them in tin foil for at least
5 minutes to cook through. Larger or
cold potatoes may need additional
cooking.

vegetables and place in bowl.
If boiling – cover vegetables with boiling
water.
If steaming – add 2 tablespoons of
water per 100g of vegetables. Cover
bowl with microwave safe cling film and
pierce the cling film before operation.

Allow to stand for 2 minutes before
serving. Check that fish is cooked
through before consuming.
