For the open position fold the cover
open to the last position, making sure that
the latches (1) remain secure to the bed
cover rail. Unclip the tie down strap (2)
from the stored position and clip into to the
bed cover top buckle (3). Adjust the strap
by pulling the strap end (4) through the
buckle to make sure they are tight.
Straps on both sides must be secure.
Stored
position
The tail panel can be closed with the tailgate
either up or down. Assure that both latches engage.
The tailgate can be closed with the
tail panel opened or closed.
TO CLOSE THE TAIL PANEL
TAIL PANEL OPERATION- Standard and RamBox bed
Open the tailgate and reach under
the panel for the release cable (1)
at either side of the panel housing.
Pull down on either cable to
release both rear latches and lift
the panel open.
