How to Assembly Wire Harness
Insert wire pins through the wire insertion side of the connector until
pin locks in place.
How to splice and connect blunt ends correctly
1. Place the strands of the wires overlapping each other inside of the splice
clip (1).
2. Using Mopar crimping tool (1) or equivalent, crimp the splice clip and
wires together.
3. Solder (3) the connection (2) together using rosin core solder (1).
4. Center the heat shrink tubing (2) over the solder joint and heat using a
heat gun. Heat the joint until the tubing is tightly sealed and sealant (1)
comes out of both ends of the tubing.
