Installation (cont.)
Gas Conversion
Before commencing ensure that all external and internal gas/water stop taps are off.
Nat Gas to LP Gas:
1)
Remove 4 screws securing Bottom Heat Shield, to gain access to Pilot and Injector Elbow.
2)
Undo hexagonal nut on pilot and remove injector. Replace with new injector (931767-13) and
re-tighten hexagon nut.
3)
Re-fit pilot pipe to control valve.
4)
Remove Injector Elbow (together with injector) by undoing hexagon nut. Replace with new
injector (X02913) and re-fit Injector Elbow assembly. Finally tighten hexagon nut.
5)
Unscrew governor cap screw, on Control Valve, and remove adjusting screw and spring. Replace
with governor exclusion screw (931767-14) and re-fit cap screw.
6)
Re-test appliance as described in the above section “
TESTING
”.
LP Gas to Nat Gas:
Proceed as described above but substitute with parts listed below: -
