Tilt Steering
Tilt steering may be adjusted up or down in five different locking
positions. To adjust, depress the tilt lever located beneath the
bezel and move the steering wheel to the desired position.
Release the lever to lock the wheel into place.
The Horn Switch is located on the switch panel to the left
of the steering wheel.
Horn / Whistle Signals
One Long Blast:
Warning Signal (Coming out of slip)
One Short Blast:
Pass on my Port Side
Two Short Blasts:
Pass on my Starboard Side
Three Short Blasts:
Engines

Reverse
Four or More Blasts:
Danger
Signal

OVERTAKING / PASSING:
Boat being passed has
the right-of-way. KEEP CLEAR.
2.
MEETING HEAD-ON:
Keep to the right.
3.
CROSSING:
Boat on the right has the right-of-way.
slow down and permit him to pass.
Horn
Ignition Switch
Located on the port side of the dashboard, the ignition switch
has four positions. In the vertical position the ignition is “OFF”.
In the OFF position, only the blower and bilge switches are
powered.
One position counterclockwise is the “ACC” position. This will
power the dash switches.
One position clockwise is the “ON” position and this will power
the switches and energize the motor.
The full clockwise position is the “START” position.
NOTE: All electrical equipment should be turned off when
the boat is in storage.
