1- SPVCP5164 Surge protector
1- Surge Protector Plate
1- 1/4"-20 Bolt, nut
2- Lock Washers
4- #6 Sheet Metal Screws
INSTRUCTIONS:

. Mount Surge Protector Plate to the bottom of the Surge
Protector using the (4)#6 sheet metal screws provided.
NOTE:
These screws are already installed in the bottom of
the surge protector. Remove them temporarily to
install mounting plate.

. Connect the wires and coax cables to the Surge Pro tec tor.

. Attach the wire lead to ground screw on the SPVCP5164
and attach the other end of the wire lead to ground on
the bolt.

NSTRUCTIONS FOR USE WITH VL22/39/35 HOUSING
1.
Mount the Surge Protector Plate to the side of the P/T
mounting bracket using the 1/4-20 stud on the P/T
mounting bracket and the (1) 1/4"-20 bolt pro vid ed with
standard accessories.
NOTE
: You will have to mount both heater strips to one side
of the pan/tilt bracket. Use fl at washers be tween
heaters to space apart.

. Slide (1) Lock Washer on each bolt, then secure the bolt
with hex nuts.

. Attach the wire lead to the ground screw on the SPVCP5164
and attach the other end of the wire lead to ground on
the bolt.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE WITH SS20I/VLSE16

. Mount the surge protector to the inside wall of the housing.
Mounting studs are already provided for this ap pli ca tion.

. Attach the wire lead to the ground screw on the SPVCP50
and attach the other end of the wire lead to the ground
bolt on the terminal block.

INSTRUCTIONS:
1
. Connect SPVO50 in line with camera coax cable.
2
. Attach the wire lead to the ground screw on the SPVO50
and attach the other end of the wire lead to ground on
the terminal block.
