12 - WARRANTY CERTIFICATE
All products manufactured by Montrel are guaranteed against manufacturing de-
fects. The term of this warranty is one (01)* year from the date of sale.
All products that provenly present defects during the warranty term will be repaired
or replaced, and therefore, they must be shipped to Montrel’s Technical Assistance
Department for the account and risk of the buyer, accompanied with a copy of the
Purchase Invoice.
Except in the cases indicated above, no other warranty is implicit or explicit, and
therefore the manufacturer is not liable for any loss or damage directly or indirectly
caused by misuse of the device for the intended purpose.
This warranty will be invalidated if any product manufactured by us is subject to
maltreatment, abuse, negligence, accident, misconnection, interconnection to
non-authorized equipment, circuit change, replacement of components or parts
with non-original ones, inappropriate installation, or use other than that specified
in the manual.
The content of the ADR Multi 4000 operation manual is subject to change
without prior notice.
