1.

Never use the tool when it is damaged or incorrectly adjusted. Any damaged safety features, starter lever or

other faulty parts are to be repaired or replaced by an authorised service engineer, provided there are no other

Never operate compressed air tool with an operating pressure of more than 75 psi (5.2 bar) flow pressure at the

5.

compressed connection to the tool. This tool is not speed-regulated. The speed will increase with an increase in

the air pressure above 75 psi (5.2 bar). The operating pressure for this tool must be regulated within the operating

range specified by a reliable automatic compressed air regulator (11 mm compressed air regulator article number

ZU-074), see section 5, Compressed air supply.

Attention!
Please use a hose burst safety valve. It protects personnel and workplace from damages which may occur

when the compressed air system or hose bursts!

Check compressed air at regular intervals. To ensure the compressed air is clean and oiled, if necessary integrate

6.

a service unit into the compressed air line.
Ensure that the belts do not get damaged when putting the tool down on a work bench.

12.

over. (If necessary use a hose burst safety valve).
If the tool suddenly feels different (level of vibration) or produces a different noise (pitch), shut down the tool

13.

immediately and check the MBX
