Phase 2:

for.the.deceased.efficiency.of.the.slowly.dulling.tips.This.caused.the.bristles.to.be.bent.backwards.and..
some.of.the.bristle.tips.fell.out.The.belt.is.worn.out.and.must.be.changed.
Phase 3:
. .If.you.do.not.change.the.belt.in.Phase.2,.the.condition.of.the.belt.will.be.as.shown.in.Phase.3..
