The Montague Induction Cooktops feature Vollrath Technology, developed through extensive
research and work with the Electric Power Research Institute, to deliver high performance with high
reliability.

This technology is what allows power conversion efficiencies of over 90% and helps our cooktops to
detect the size, shape, and material of the cooking pan more accurately, resulting in superior
performance compared to cooktops with higher power ratings. The Chef can rely on consistent peak
power.

Vollrath also delivers superior low-end power control through a blend of continuous proportioning
and low-wattage pulse modulation, allowing cooking with very delicate sauces and even the melting
of chocolate.

High reliability is maintained with quality components, individual sector protection and additional
thermal sensors and controllers. We believe the Montague Induction Cooktops feature superior
performance and reliability, and will provide years of cooking satisfaction.
