APPLICABLE COOKWARE
The performance of your induction cooking system is enhanced with high quality cookware. All
cookware must have a ferrous material bottom, which include:
Most Multi-layer Cookware
Steel Plated Copper / Bronze
Stainless Steel
Iron
Cast Iron
Enamelware
All pans must be at least 4.5 inches in diameter.
All cookware must have a flat bottom.
Cookware must be centered on the cooking surface, and maintain contact with the cooking surface
at all times.
(Use CAUTION when sautéing)
