Quick Mode Configuration
1.
Check the indicator light. If it is blinking blue about twice per second, you have
started in Quick Mode. If it is blinking blue about once every 3 seconds, press and
hold the Power button on the Smart Outlet for about 6 seconds until it starts
blinking rapidly.

Tap the + icon in the upper right corner of the app, then select Smart Outlet from
the list.
