WARRANTY TERMS
IMPORTANT! IGNORING THE FOLLOWING WARRANTY TERMS MAY BE THE WARRANTY
LIMITED OR DECLINED. THE MANUFACTURER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE
CAUSED BY.
a) Monkey Banana reserves the right to decide the method of shipment to determine the service. Delivery only
within Germany, no Express. Special rules for international mail need a special agreement.
b) Monkey Banana reserves the right to decide whether and which parts of the product would to be changed or
if the product is replaced.
c) If you want to return products to Monkey Banana, please contact us before you ship it back.
d) Packaging: Please make sure that the product will be shipped well packaged - preferably in its original
packaging. This minimizes the risk of damage during transit.
e) In case of dispute regarding the warranty is governed by German law.
f) Monkey Banana is not liable for loss of earnings and breaches of duty, which are related to a defect of our
product.
g) Monkey Banana reserves the right to store the data of the buyer for internal purposes.
h) Monkey Banana reserves the right to make changes to the product line without prior notice.
i) Warranty Limitations:
1. Defects were products / components that have been repaired by a third party already, modified or replaced.
This is reserved exclusively for authorized service technicians of Monkey Banana.
2. Improper use (negligence, misuse, improper use, incorrectly applied voltage / overvoltage, use in conjunc-
tion with non-compliant products)
3. Damaged speaker enclosure due to scratches, use of non-approved cleaning materials/methods, dirt,
deformed speaker frame, broken connections, holes in the membrane, dust cap, burned voice coil, due not to
follow the manual consciously
4. Other defects caused by dropping, misuse, neglect, fire, moisture, abrasion, rust, fading of the case by
massive solar radiation, lightning strikes and other force majeure.
5. Scorch marks on the boards, which was caused by mishandling.
6. Damage to the product due to inadequate packaging that do not meet the standard requirements for
products of this kind.
7. Damages which are not on the product itself.
8. Altered the original series number label or completely without series number
9. Any accessories are not in the context of the services of this warranty.
