Symptom Probable Cause/Corrective Action
Unable to calibrate force Potentiometer belt may be slipping or broken. Replace if
damaged.
Potentiometer misadjusted.
Reboot memory from service menu (99). Set default (3).
Uneven Heart rate Use an external unit for example a pulse watch to check
if it also indicates irregular pulse. If it is the case there are
probably disturbance in the room. Magnetic fields from
high voltage cables, elevators, fluorescent tube etc can
cause the disturbance. Other electronic equipment could
be placed to close.
If irregular pulse remains we recommend measuring HR
manually. If HR still remains irregular at workload test
person’s health need to be examined.
