CAUTION

The watch is not designed to be worn during watersport activities or 

designed to be submerged in water as this can damage the watch. 

Special care 

should be taken not to press any pushbuttons should the unit get wet by accident as this can force 

moisture past the pushbutton-seals and significantly damage the unit.

NOTE: A built-in rechargeable battery provides approximately 3-5 hours of constant heart rate 

measurment, or approximately 3 months in regular time mode. A USB charger is included.
