On the countdown screen, hold “MODE” for three seconds and
wait until the beep. The seconds should be flashing. Use “UP” and
“DOWN” to change the seconds. Pressing “MODE” again will
allow you to adjust minutes, and pressing “MODE” a third time will
allow you to change hours. Once you have entered your desired
time, press “MODE” a fourth time to exit time setting, and then
press “UP” to start and pause the countdown.
