Part 3: Configure Handset Authentication Information
You must access the WEB GUI of the
MWP1100N
handset to configure the handset. But first you will need
the IP address of the handset.
Step 1
Get IP Address of the handset.
On the handset press
MENU
then dial
8
for “System info”, then dial;
3
for
Network info. You should see this screen. Make note of the IP Address.
Step 2
Enable WEB access on the handset.

To access this hidden menu dial *74123598* then enter the password “9999”then press OK.

Now select ‘3 Remote’ press OK.

Now select ‘Web’ press OK, then select ‘Setting’ then press OK.

Then press Back > Back to return to the idle screen.
Step 3
Access WEB GUI
In your WEB browser type in the IP address of the handset obtained from Step 1 above followed by port
8000. See example below.
When prompted enter the user id:
admin
then the default password:
9999.
In a few seconds
you will
see the window in step 4 below.
Step 4a OfficeServ 7000:
Enter the User ID, Authentication Name and Password
Select the
Call Setup
tab then enter
the
User ID
,
Authentication
Password
and
Authentication Name
of the SIP extension as set up in the
OfficeServ system.
In this example the OfficeServ
extension number was used as both
the User ID and the Authentication
Name.
The password does not show.
Display Name
field is optional.
