Introduction
1.1 Safety
instructions
This document contains important warnings and safety
instructions which must be observed and followed by users.
Perfect operation of the Home-Manager can only be
guaranteed if these instructions are fully complied with.
1.2 Intended
use
The Home-Manager is designed for use in private homes and
small office buildings only; it is not intended for use in industrial
automation systems.
The Home-Manager is able to control and regulate heating,
cooling, ventilation, lighting and shading functions to its own
time management system. In addition, it provides a number of
communication functions and allows operation based on
sensor technology.
Attention
:
Since the transmission of radio signals is based on
a non exclusive communication channel,
interferences of the transmission are possible.
Because of this reason the
Home-Manager must
not be used to control components
with
safety-
related functions
, such as emergency stop or
emergency call.
No warranty and/or responsibility will be accepted for
applications not complying with the intended purpose or where
warnings and safety instructions are not respected or complied
with.
