Installation of single row motor models
Installation of two-row motor models
IMPORTANT:
In lifting and handling operations use all lifting points indicated on model, if necessary use a beam in order to evenly dis-
tribute the suspended load.
In some cases the assembly of the support legs/brackets is carried out beneath the suspended model, therefore it is es-
sential to take all the necessary measures required to ensure the safety of the operators. It is recommended to prepare
a scaffold sturdy enough to place the model on during such operations.
Should the support legs/brackets be removed the screws must be fastened anyway.
It is advisable to store the removed support legs/bracket for future handling of unit.
During transfer and handling care must be taken in order to prevent damage to the refrigerant inlet/outlet headers.
Secure model to lifting points and
lift it. Transfer model to installation site,
fasten it with adequate fastening
screws and peel off the protective
plastic film from casing.
Hook model to lifting brackets
and rotate it. Secure model to lifting points and
lift.
Fasten support legs supplied with
model (1-2-3). Transfer model to installation site,
fasten it with adequate fastening
screws and peel off the protective
plastic film from casing.

Reposition lifting point as illustra-
ted. Fasten the model to the new brackets,
lift it and e mount the support legs
supplied loose with unit. (1-2-3).
Transfer model to installation site,
secure it with adequate screws and
remove the brackets that were used
for hauling. Remove immediately protective film
from casing.
Hook model to lifting points and
lift it. Place the model against an inclined
base and position the unit in order
to obtain the desired configuration.
Hook model to lifting points and
lift it. Transfer model to installation site,
secure it with appropriate screws,
brace by fastening ropes to the upper
lifting brackets, remove the brackets
used for moving the unit and peel off
protective film from casing.
