3. Replace the gas control
valve.
The pilot is on but the main burners
cannot be ignited

2. Adjust the damper to a appropriate size.

inflow volume.
There’s red flame and black
smoke
1. The nozzle diameter does not
match with the gas source

used up
4. The gas composition fluctuation is
huge during gas peak.
