Attach panel [18] to panels [14], [15] and [16] using 6x screws (R).
Now attach 1x slide rail (I) to panel [15] and 1x slide rail (H) to panel
[14] as shown. Secure with 4x small screws (E) and tighten with a
screwdriver.

Insert the assembled drawers into the unit ensuring they slide smoothly
along the rails.
