GPS Tracker M102 PRO cannot be turned on
Solution:
Make sure that the battery has been properly inserted and charged. Hold
the on/off button pressed for 5 seconds.
The SIM card in GPS Tracker M102 PRO is unreachable
Solution:
Check that:
- The device is on and in working order.
- There is not a pin set to access the SIM.
- The call diverting service is not enabled.
- The SIM does not belong to an operator using 3G band.
GPS Tracker M102 PRO does not send messages
Solution:
- make sure there is credit in the SIM card inserted into the device.
- make sure that you are calling GPS Tracker M102 PRO from an
authorized number.
