6.7 - Checking the position (Continued)
If you do not receive the latitude and longitude data, your tracker is likely
to be in a place with no GPS signal. If this is the case:
- move your tracker to an open place
- make the call again
- check that in the SMS message received by the device the Signal shows
the value: “F” (full) - see chapter 6.6.
If you have not yet succeeded in getting the correct position, move on to
chapter 9 - Solutions in case of malfunction (Troubleshooting).
Important:
Failing the numbers authorized to query GPS Tracker M102 PRO, any
phone number will be able to track the device by simply making a call to
the SIM card inserted in this latter. Should there be an authorized number,
all call attempts made from unauthorized numbers would not receive any
answer.
