1. General information
Dear customer
This user manual contains a description of the medical device and important guidance to ensure a
correct and safe usage of the product. It is important prior to use to read this manual carefully. It is
especially important to read the safety requirements and follow these. We continuously develop our
products and we reserve the right to change the specifcations and functions of products without
further notice.
Intended use of the device
The Mobilex swivel bather is a medical device intended only to be used by patients that because of
invalidity need support during entering or leaving the bathtub and during washing. The swivel seat
makes it possible for the patients to pass elevated side walls of a bathtub with or without the
assistance of a helper. Physically handicapped persons can use it as stable support and it gives an
easy access to a bathtub and also all human body parts during washing. It enables the passage of
the side walls of a bathtub with or without the assistance of a helper (depending on users condition).
The device should be used inside bathrooms only. It can be maximally loaded with 130 kg.
Any other use of the product is strictly prohibited.

2. Safety requirements
●
Use the bath seat only in good technical condition.
●
If damages or faults are observed contact the dealer and don't use the product.
●
Follow the safety information on product label, among others the max. user weight.
●
Use the bath seat only for the intended purpose.
●
Avoid making constructive changes on the bath seat, unless you have the producers written
consent.
●
When adjusting the product there is a risk to squeeze the fngers.
●
The swivel bather must only be used in traditional bathtubs with equal high sides. Make sure
that the width is correctly adjusted before use and that the 4 arms lye fat and stable on the
sides.
●
We recommend to use help of an assistant for getting in and out of the bathtub.
●
Use swivel bather only for seating. Do not stand on the seat.
3. Description
Product description
The swivel bather consists of a base frame made of aluminum and a soft polyurethane seating pad
and PU backrest. The four arms of the base frame are covered with protective rubber caps/supports
to be lied down on top of the side walls of the bathtub. The device is equipped with a mechanism
that allows the seat to turn. This function makes entering or leaving a bathtub even easier.
Assembly & usage description
●
Slide the tube ends into the holes at the back of the main frame and lock them with clips.
●
Attach the PU back to the tubes
●
Slide the armrests tube ends into the holes at the sides of main frame, by pushing the spring
placed on one of the tubes.
●
Put the bathseat on the bathtub. Check if all 4 arms lie fat and stably on the sides of the
