Installing/Changing the
Handset Battery
Typically, the battery will last more than one
year with normal charging and use.
When you unpack your handset, the battery is
installed backward in the handset battery
compartment so it is not in use.
Note:
When the battery is removed from the
handset all programmable memory is retained.
1.
Remove the battery cover located on the
back side of the handset by pushing the
cover in the direction of the arrow.
2.
Install the battery by aligning the contacts
on the battery with the contacts in the
battery compartment.
3.
Re-install the battery cover.
