CUTTING WITH THE CUTTING HEAD LOCKED DOWN 

This method is preferred when cutting small objects.

 

 

            

    

CAUTION

(A)

Loosen the Cutting Head Locking 

Handle. Lower the Cutting Head 

until the Blade touches the protec-

tive Wooden Strip.

(B)

Lock the Cutting Head in the 

“Down” position using the Locking 

Handle. Turn clockwise to tighten.

Move the cutting table to position 

the brick in front of the blade.

Slowly push piece into the blade 

and continue pushing until the cut 

is complete. Turn off machine.

 Cut in smooth even strokes; do not force the saw to cut.
