8. Tighten the screws and fit the end-caps to cover up the screws in order to resist any tampering with
the camera angles
9. If the optional external Cameras (3 and 4) are installed, click on Camera 3 and Camera 4 to verify
that they are facing the correct view and that the alignment is correct.
4.1.2
Verifying the microphone installation
1. Connect an Ethernet cable from the MVR1204 unit to the laptop
2. Open the MiX Vision utility
3. Click on Refresh
4. A unit serial number "MVR1204 xxxxx" should appear in the device list
5. Select the device
6. Click on Camera 2 and ensure that the audio quality is clear.
