5. What to do in case of problems
Before contacting to the Sales Agent, please check your problems according to Table
5-1. If problems are not applicable to Table 5-1, please enter in Table 5-2 and contact
the Sales Agent.
DANGER
Turn off the power supply if you
notice abnormal conditions.
If you notice an unusual noise, vibration or
any other abnormality during operation of
the
ARG
, immediately turn off the power
supply to shut down the
ARG
.
Keeping the
ARG
running under abnormal
conditions could result in unexpected
accident.

Check if primary power is available.

Check the connection between the power supply and

. The connector of the

must be latched

Signal circuit is
incorrectly wired.

Check the remote switch wiring is not open-circuited.

Check the safety device wiring is not open-circuited.
・
Check the connection between the Motor Driver and
the
ARG
unit. The connector of the
ARG
for the
safety device must be latched completely.
Circuit breaker switch
is not turned on.
・
Turn on the circuit breaker switch again according to
the procedures in this manual.
Power generator is not
producing enough
power.
・
Check the capacity of the power generator, which
must exceed the mass of the total
ARG
’s power
used.
Restart of the
ARG
is
attempted before it
completely stops after
shutdown.
・
Stop the
ARG
completely, and then restart according
to the procedures in this manual.
Remote switch is not
“ON”
・
Turn on the remote switch.

does not
operate
even though
the power
switch is ON.
Wrong starting steps
were taken (turned on
the Automatic Fast
return function).
Restart the
ARG
as follows.
