The Advanced High Efficiency Filter is designed for commercial use Lossnay ventilators to collect small
particles present in outdoor air supplied into the room. It can be replaced with one already mounted in
Lossnay unit.

Operating Instructions
●
Wear gloves when installing the filter.
Otherwise, edges may cause injury.
●
The filter contains a small amount of
glass fiber. If you have any of the
following problems, please respond as
described and see a doctor if necessary.
・
In case of inhalation of large quantities
of product dust (eg glass or synthetic
fibers), immediately remove to fresh
air and wash out of mouth.
・
If product dust adheres to the skin,
wash it away with running water
immediately.
・
If product dust enters your eyes, rinse
immediately with running water.
Remove contact lenses immediately.
・
If product dust is swallowed, exhale
and rinse mouth thoroughly with water
immediately.
●
Always turn off the Lossnay ventilator
before installing or replacing the filter.
Failure to heed this warning may result
in electric shock or injury.

Replacing (Installation)
1. Remove the maintenance cover.
1) Remove the black screw.
2) Slide the fix piece to out side.
3) Open hinge wire.
2. Remove the Advanced high efficiency filters from
the upper right side of the Lossnay cores in the
case that Lossnay unit is installed standard.
4. Push to engage the two guides of the new
Advanced high efficiency filter with the frame of
the Lossnay core so that the frame gets caught
between them; an arrow indicated on the filter
should face against the Lossnay core as shown
in the figure.

Use a Velcro fasteners to tie up two filters. Hold the
filters up to push onto the frame in the same way as
above. (For PZ-25 to 100RFP

3. Fill the installation date in the date entry sticker
pasted on the new Advanced high efficiency
filter. It is useful as a guide to determine the
next replacing time required.
5. Install the maintenance cover in the reverse
order of the procedure shown in ”1”. The cover
should be in the correct direction such that its
nameplate is legible.

When replacing an Advanced high efficiency filter,
always clean (or replace) the air filters built in the
Lossnay ventilator.

When Lossnay unit is installed upside down,
Advanced high efficiency filters position is lower left
side.
Note
●
This filter is a disposable filter and not cleanable/washable.
Please replace to new one when clogging. The following
table shows the approximate replacement time when the
daily operation time is 10 hours and the annual operation
days are 250 days. This is the calculation result on each
air condition, so please adjust the replacement cycle
considering the air environment in the area where the
product is actually installed and operating time and day.
