4. Removing the Piping thermistor, condenser/evaporator
temperature thermistor and Discharge thermistor
(1) Remove the service panel. (See Photo 1)
(2) Remove the top panel. (See Photo 1)
(When the top panel removing is not possible, remove
the electric parts box. Refer to (3).)

When removing piping thermistor and the discharge thermistor,
it unnecessary to remove the top panel. (See Photo 5)
(3) Disconnect the lead wire of the piping thermistor discharge
thermistor and condenser/evaporator temperature
thermistor from the housing (TH3, TH4, TH6) on the
controller board.
(4) Loosen the 1 lead wire clamps on the electric parts box.
(5) Pull out the thermistor from the sensor holder.
5. Removing the solenoid coil
(1) Remove the service panel. (See Photo 1)
(2) Remove the top panel. (See Photo 1)
(When the top panel removing is not possible, remove
the electric parts box. Refer to (3). )
(3) Remove each coil fixing screw (M4
✕
8 for solenoid valve)
and disconnect the lead wire
of the solenoid valve from (SV) on the controller board.

8. Removing the 4-way valve
(1) Remove the service panel. (See Photo 1)
(2) Remove the 4-way coil. (See Photo 5)
Note: When installing the 4-way valve, cover the valve with
a wet cloth to prevent the valve from heating, then
braze it.
6. Removing the solenoid valve
(1) Remove the service panel. (See Photo 1)
(2) Remove the top panel. (See Photo 1)
(3) Remove the solenoid coil. (See Photo 4)
(4) Remove the braze at the intake and outlet of the solenoid
valve.
