Remote READY (RWr0.b11)
This signal is used as an interlock condition when the CC-Link IE Field Network master station reads/writes data from/to the
remote registers and other areas of the IO-Link module.
With "Initial operation setting" being set to "With initial processing", Remote READY (RWr0.b11) turns on when initial
processing is completed after powering on of the module.
With "Initial operation setting" being set to "Without initial processing", Remote READY (RWr0.b11) turns on after powering on
of the module.
When Operation condition setting request flag (RWw0.b9) turns on, Remote READY (RWr0.b11) turns off.

Warning status flag (RWr0.b12)
Warning status flag (RWr0.b12) turns on when a minor error occurs.
After the cause of the minor error is eliminated, the value in Warning code (RWr2) is cleared automatically (0000H is stored)
and Warning status flag (RWr0.b12) turns off.
Error code (RWr1)
The latest error code is stored into RWr1 when a moderate error or major error occurs (excluding a watchdog timer error).
Turning on the Error clear request flag (RWw0.b10) after eliminating the cause of the error clears the error code.
Warning code (RWr2)
The latest warning code is stored into RWr2 when a minor error occurs.
After the cause of the minor error is eliminated, the latest warning code is automatically cleared.
Channel n input process data (from RWr4)
The input process data depends on the IO-Link device used.
For details, refer to the manual of the IO-Link device used.
Because the process data size varies depending on the connected IO-Link device, specify the value not less
than the total process data size of the IO-Link device used. (
