Fast Programmed I/O Modes

Sets how fast transfers on the IDE interface occur. The

If this option is set to Disabled, transfers occur at a less than
optimized speed. If it is set to Auto Detected, transfers occur
at maximum speed.

Boot Options Subscreen

operating system to boot from. The options are:
