Function and Operation

Power ON/OFF
Turn the On/Off/Volume knob clockwise to switch the radio ON.
Turn the On/Off/Volume knob counter-clockwise to switch the radio
OFF.

Channel Selection
Rotate the channel knob to select the required
channel.

Volume Adjustment
Rotate the Volume knob to adjust the volume, clockwise to increase
the volume and counter-clockwise to decrease it.
If your dealer programmed Monitor onto the side
key, you can press the Monitor key to hear
background noise while adjusting the volume
level.

Emergency Alarm
To activate emergency alarm, short press or long press side key for
0.5-2.5 seconds until the transceiver emits alarm. Repeat the
procedure or re-power the transceiver to exit the alarm.
