Do Not Disturb

 programmable key alternately to activate and to deactivate Do Not 

Disturb.

Paging

To use paging:

1.

Pick up the handset.

2.

Press the 

Pager

 key.

3.

Dial the Paging zone number (if required).

4.

Make the announcement.

Speed Call

You can use the speed call feature by setting the speed call number to a programmable key. The 

system administrator can set the speed call number to the programmable key or long-press the 

programmable key to set the speed call number.

To dial a stored speed call number:

1.

Pick up the handset.

2.

Press the 

Speed Call 

key. 

Auto-Answer

Contact your system administrator to set a programmable key to use the Auto-Answer feature.

To enable or disable Auto-Answer:

Press the 

Auto-Answer

 key alternately to enable and to disable Auto-Answer.

Direct Paging

Direct Paging allows you to page a party through the party’s handsfree speaker. If the paged party 

has Off-Hook Voice Announce enabled, the page is heard even when the party is on a handset or 

headset call. If the paged party has Handsfree Answerback enabled and has turned on the phone, 

your page automatically establishes a handsfree call with the paged party.

To use paging:

1.

Pick up the handset.

2.

Press the 

Direct Paging 

line key or dial the appropriate feature access code.

3.

Dial the extension number.
