Before installing the cooler
Water connection: a shut-off valve with a 3/4 '' (20/27) female outlet is provided on the left or right side of the cooler.
Electrical connection: on the left or on the right side, near the cooler, a 230 Volt socket with a 10A circuit breaker.
Our chillers support a pressure between 3 and 4 bar maximum.
Note:
We recommend installing a
pressure regulator and
a
water block
on your customer's water supply valve.
A pipe disinfection operation must be carried out at each installation of the cooler:
- after a period of 6 months of use
- after replacement of the water filter
Before disinfecting the machine, read carefully the instructions given by the manufacturer of the product and put all personal
protective equipment.
This procedure should only be carried out by qualified technicians
Before each maintenance or cleaning operation, disconnect the cooler
The quality of the gasification depends on the temperature of the water. At the time of installation, it is necessary to wait until the
cooler has cooled the water and formed its ice bank.
After 40 minutes, you can use cold or sparkling water, but the ice bank is completely formed after 2 hours.
The location should allow for adequate ventilation, a clearance of at least 40 cm (16 in)
A protection system occurs and stops the operation of the pump after 5 minutes of continuous operation.
For electrical versions, a protection occurs and stops the dispensing if a button is push continuously during
2min30.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
