5. The product was a subject of structural changes
without agreement with the Seller (confirmed by
an expert opinion).
V. THE WARRANTY OF QUALITY AND STATED
TECHNICAL CONDITION DOES NOT APPLY TO THE
CASES WHEN THE DAMAGE WAS CAUSED BY THE
FOLLOWING:
mishandling or misuse (i.e. exploitation in the
«non-household»
conditions. Under such
conditions the use of the product is inapplicable
due to the change of its status of the «household
appliance»); exploitation with violation of the
generally accepted safety requirements during
the operation of electrical appliances, failure
to comply with instructions for installation
and operation etc.; incorrect installation and/
or commissioning operations; transport and
mechanical damage; usage of bad or inadequate
supplies; connection to the communications
and systems (power outlets, water conduit,
sewerage) which do not meet the State standard
requirements; natural disasters and phenomena,
i.e. fire etc.; insertion of external objects, liquids,
insects etc. in the appliance.
VI. FOR YOUR SAFETY!
Repair and maintenance of the appliance must be
conducted only by the specialists of the authorized
service centers, instructed and certified for this
activity. Please, contact your Seller and ask about
the nearest service center authorized for the
installation and/or commissioning operations.
