When moving the grill on wheels, pay special
attention to fastening the grate and the ash pan,
it can only be moved very slowly when the grill is
cold, on a flat, even surface.

Do not use water to control sparking or
extinguishing of coals. To do this, close all vents
and close the cover. In the case of open grills it is
recommended to use sand to put out the coals.

Turn off the charcoal after grilling. Close all
vents after closing the lid.
⚠
Wear protective gloves to avoid burns when
handling the grill, adding charcoal, adjusting the
vents or the thermometer.
⚠
Use the correct grilling tools with long, heat-
resistant handles.
⚠
Never throw out hot coals where there is a
risk of stepping on them or there is a risk of fire.
Never step onto the ashes or glowing coals until
they are completely extinguished.
